He carries on the name as a homage to their labor, as a testament to the good a business can provide, and as a promise to build a legacy guided by the values they lived: integrity, hard work, and stewardship.

A knack for adventure has led James through worlds that have grounded him and tested him in every environment imaginable from military operations to corporate boardrooms — across the US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. His background rests on three components:
- Technical rigor: Studied electrical and computer engineering at Duke University.
- Operational leadership: Served as a Captain and Special Agent in the U.S Air Force, leading counterintelligence and cyber operations worldwide.
- Strategic execution: Earned an MBA at Harvard Business School and worked at McKinsey & Company, advising global firms on tech and strategy.
